About Us
Our Practice Overview
Pebbles & Pathways Psychology is a Canberra-based service dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of children, adolescents, and families. Our practice is grounded in neuro-affirming and strengths-based principles, offering therapy that is flexible, creative, and responsive to each young person's developmental stage. Families are supported to carry strategies into everyday life, with collaboration across home, school, and community helping to create meaningful and connected progress.

Our Values
Pebbles & Pathways Psychology
Our practice is grounded in safety, respect, and connection. We believe young people flourish when their strengths are recognised, their voices are heard, and their families are supported to walk beside them. We honour individuality, celebrate diverse ways of being, and create playful, compassionate spaces where growth and healing can take root.

Jessica
Hi, I’m Jessica, a psychologist dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of children, adolescents, and their families. My journey began in the service industry, where I worked with people of all ages and backgrounds in busy, diverse environments. Those early years gave me the chance to see the world from many perspectives and shaped my appreciation for the whole picture of a person’s life.
With a personal understanding of neurodivergence, I bring a deeply empathetic and affirming lens to my role. I welcome both neurotypical and neurodivergent young people, supporting them to understand themselves, communicate their needs, and build skills in co-regulation and self-regulation that promote emotional wellbeing.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. My approach is strengths-based, evidence-informed, and flexible, often weaving in play, imagination, and creativity to meet the unique needs of each child and family. What matters most in my work is creating safety and connection and helping young people practice meaningful skills as real moments unfold, collaboratively working through feelings, challenges, and problem-solving.
Together with families, I aim to help nurture growth, resilience, and connection in everyday life.

Jess (for young people)
Hey! I’m Jess, and I’m really glad you are considering to see me. I became a psychologist because I care about helping people feel understood and confident to be themselves. Sometimes life feels tricky, with big feelings, worries, or tough moments with friends and family, but you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I’m here to listen (no judgement) and to share ideas as we work together to make things feel easier.
When we spend time together, we might talk, create things or even dive into some imaginative play. Mixing chatting with creativity makes learning about feelings and relationships easier and more fun. Together we’ll explore what helps you feel more comfortable, confident and strong ✨
Here are two things about me:
-
My favourite weird food is a chip, corn, lettuce, and butter sandwich.
-
I can focus for hours on making something creative, but I’ll forget where I put my keys three times a day.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with people I love, cooking, and creating. I believe that being brave, curious, and true to yourself are some of the most important things in life
When we meet, I’d love for you to share two things about yourself. They can be silly, surprising, or serious. I can’t wait to hear them!
