Pebbles & Pathways Psychology is not a crisis service. If you or someone you care about ever needs urgent help, please reach out to one of the 24/7 crisis support lines listed below. You don’t have to go through it alone.

This list is not exhaustive, and inclusion here is not an endorsement of the content of the sites. It is simply a starting point for finding support.

  • Kids Helpline – A free and confidential service just for young people aged 5–25. You can talk to a counsellor about anything that’s worrying you, big or small.
